Welcome to the 2012 Wappingers Giants

Thank you to the families and volunteers  for the support. With the support of each of our dedicated and supportive families and volunteers we were able to hold several successful events within the community. 

We will be in several locations over the next couple of months. Come out and see what we are about - our coaches are CPR/First Aid/AED trained and certified. Our Vice President is a EMT and American Heart Association CPR/1st Aid/AED instructor. We also have a EMT instructor as a coach who also is a CPR/1st Aid/AED instructor. Certification/Risk management classes and trainings are available for all of our coaches.

We are a feeder program for our schools. With many different sports opportunities available to youth, we are proud to offer a fun, safe community based organization for the children of our community. Pop Warner offers recognition for scholastic accomplishments. If you or someone you know has a graduating senior that participated in Pop Warner please visit our conference web site at www.midhudsonconference.org for information on applying for a scholarship.

The Wappingers Giants are also a part of the Mid Hudson Conference (www.midhudsonconference.org) which is 17 associations strong. The Mid Hudson Conference is overseen by the Eastern Region (www.easternregion.org). Our governing body is the National office of Pop Warner (www.popwarner.com)and has been since 1963!
